The water valve won't release/pump water to the washer. It does spin but no water goes in to the washer. Any help? I have already ordered a water valve from this site

Make sure there is nothing wrong with the water supply to the washer. Remove the front panel by removing the two screws at the bottom of the front panel and swinging the front panel out from the bottom to disengage the spring fasteners from the top cover. Check for 120 VAC to the water valve solenoids while the timer calls fro water. If the voltage readings are correct, replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve can be replaced from the back of the washer. Shut off both hot and cold water faucets. Remove both fill hoses, catching excess water in a pan. Note which hose where goes. Remove the 5/16" screw that holds the bracket to the washer cabinet. Lift the bracket and pull away from the washer. Loosen the clamp and remove the hose from the valve. Note the wire colors on the valve terminals and remove the wires. Remove the two screws holding the valve to the bracket. Install the new valve in the reversed order.
