how to take out transmission on maytag washer
Model Number: LAT9416AAE Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a maytag washer LAT 9416AAE dependable care and need to take out the transmission and put a new one in. I would appreciate any help to learn how to take it out.
I already have the outer and inner tub removed. I am not sure what to remove from underneath the machine to get the transmission out. Thank you  Ads By Google Related Models

Put metal spacers in each support spring, remove springs and front panel.Pry out the entire tranny and tub and slide it forward. This is easier than pulling it out the top.
