Model Number: rax4232kq Brand: Roper Age: Less than 1 year
My washer wont hold water. It starts to fill up with water but it drains right out. It does this on every setting. Normal, Gentle, and Permanent Press. On Hot and cold and on small and extra large loads. When I manually move the knob to the spin cycle the washer will run, but since there is no water in the washer this does me no good. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be great.

Hi,
Check the drain hose. It needs to be higher then the water level in the wash tub. It also needs a air gap were it connects to the stand pipe behind the washer.
