I try to shut power off to get out of cycle and it door locks, and wont do anything then when it comes back goes to same cycle but only rotates 2 revolutions both ways and then nothing. It does count down but that is it? Do I need a reset and if so how to perform a reset? Thank you

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		I cannot get your model number to come up, and GE does not release tech info so I can only suggest that you look inside the top or lower service panel for tech notes that should enable you to put it into a diagnosis mode.
