Washer is like exactly 10 years old. Never had any problems.
Washer fills and agitates and about the time it should empty out it just quits.
You can attempt to move the dial but it takes some playing to get it to start back up
When you do get it to empty you basically lose the rinse cycle.

I can't find anyhting that says timer because several had mentioned that.

Every washer we have ever had has always lasted over 10 - 15+

Check the lid switch, this sounds like a classic lid switch issue.
