Maytag washer slow spin

Washer during spin cycle seems to spin slower then normal, clothes don't seem to spin dry well. I replaced the belt that seem to be worn, still seems not to spin well. Any help?

The textbook solution for slow spin on these models is this part here. Instructions are included but they forgot to tell you to have someone to help.
