When I press power on, the display screen lites up. However when touch the screen to select wash cycle nothing happens, not even a beep. I touched Help and it doesn't come up. When I try to power off, the power will not go off.

I think it may be the main board. Any suggestions? Can anyone tell me how to replace the main board it that is the problem?

I would actually remommend having a GE tech come check it out as there are 2 PCB control boards and they aren't cheap!
