I have a Magtag washer that washes, pumps out water, goes through spin cycle but clothes are still too damp.I do not see any water left in tub. What could be the problem?

Either your spin is too slow, the pump is not working correctly, or there is something blocking the discharge lines from the tub to the drain. You should be able to determine if the spin is too slow, and if so check the belts.

If it turns out the problem is transmission related I would strongly consider replacing the machine.
