wont empty during spin
spins slowly
pump is good
belt is good
no hose obstructions
motor pulley hot to touch

start capicitor?
is this a two speed motor ?
anyone have the schematic?

cap is good

hoses clear

pillow case between inner and outer tub covering outlet.....priceless.
