Model Number: 110.24812200 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
My washer stops about every 10-20 minutes and may sit there 2 seconds or 2 hours

Your lid switch might be making a bad contact, or the timer might be the problem. I would go with the lid switch. If you want to be sure you can unplug the washer, and take the 2 screws out that hold the lid switch in place, and cut the 2 wires, and wire them together, and see how it does. If it works, you can just wire nut the new one. Tom ********************************************
