washer makes mental grinding sound during spin cycle
Model Number: PAVT454EWW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to replace tube & seal kit part #AP4025154. I have the spin tub out but not the tub that holds the water, I can't figure out what is holding the rest of the parts in place and exactly what I have to remove to put the parts in. I don't want to remove anything I don't have to.

Maytag has a service bulletin on that but unfortunately Maytag no longer allows access to its tech web site. I can only suggest you try to search for a service manual for your model on line. Since you own the model see if you can contact Maytag and if they will let you have a copy of the info.
