washer dryer replace fuse

Model Number: lsg7806aae Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years

i opened the front cover of the washer. i found the fuse. i dont know how to actually remove the fuse. its fitting extremely tight in the brackets. im concerned about breaking the glass. there has to be an easy way to remove it. i tried to push it down thinking it would slide out..no luck. please advise thanks

I usually get a small screw driver and pry up one side from under a metal end of the fuse.
