Have Washer apart but can't remove bearings is there something special to do this?

There is nothing special, but the bearings on a Neptune are almost impossible to remove and require special tools. This is the reason that when the bearings go, so does the washer, out to the curb.
You can search the internet for buying/renting the tools, but my very strong advice is not to repair it.

When I removed mine, I used a log splitter and a piece of wood to pound out the spin basket spindle, then used a steel punch to tap out the bearings. If the bearings are really bad, they might be heat seized to the spindle, if so, might not be fixable. Also, if they are that bad, your speed control board may have failed from the heavy load.
