Washer won't finale spin

Model Number: LSQ8543JT1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Washer will spin after wash, fill, rinse and drain, but makes loud noise and won't spin at rinse end. Is this timer,????

Since it will go through the wash cycle completely that suggests the problem is not mechanical and that the timer is the problem.
