washer agitator not working
Model Number: LSR5132PQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
need information regarding my washing machine. will fill up and drain but will nit agitate. please advise.

Have you tried to operate it in all the cycles?

The model number you pposted is a direct drive machine. It doesn't use a belt. Could it be that what you saw under the machine was pieces of the rubber motor coupling?
