My washing machine started leaking from underneath when the water drains out. Prior to the leaking water the spin cycle did not ring out the towels, jeans etc.
Now the water when it drains runs out all over the floor. My cousin stated that a hose being worn, lose and off balance.
Checked on line for Sears Parts. There were so many parts and I'm uncertain what to purchase. However, I also need another pan to place the Washing machine back in.
How much Sears will charge to repair ? Will Sears guarantee there work beyond 90 days ? Or can my cousin repair the machine ?

Go to www.applianceaid.com for take apart info for this direct drive Whirlpool washer. I would suspect a bad pump although it could be a tub leak maybe due to either a cut in the tub or bad tub seal which is rather rare.
