Agitator doesn't work
Model Number: gst9344eq0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
The washer does not agitate. It makes a funny sound and acts like it's trying to but doesn't. The top portion of the agitator will turn clockwise by hand but the bottom portion will not turn. It fills and drains okay. Any suggestions?
