I have this washer that goes through the spin cycle but at the end of it the clothes are still wet. I've noticed that sometimes it does not spin, water comes out really slow.

I checked the bottom of the washer and the belt is not broken and the 3 pulleys are turning during the spin. While the washer is off, if I move the belt with my hands most of the time it willl start spinning again.

This washer was in storage about a year. When I got it (about a month ago) it makes a loud screeching noise when the spin cycle stopped. That issue seems to have gone away now. Also during the agitating cycle the agitation did not seem as 'forceful' and I would need to stop the washer and turn it back on for the agitating to go to normal.

Now its this spin cycle that gives me issues. Are all these related?
