will not fill both hot and cold valves will open when connected to 110v so water valve seems ok but when back in place it will not open for either hot or cold water on a fill area of the cycle. there is no voltage showing to the valve
The water level switch seems to be ok its clicks if i blow into it and the machine goes on but the water valve still doesn't open When I stop blowing into the switch the machine goes off. When I blow into the hose going to the bottom of the machine the hose passes air

Did you try it in all the wash cycles? I suspect either the pressure switch (rare) or the timer.
