GE Washer Squeaks during the agitation Cycle. Squeak sounds like its coming from the upper left back corner as you face the washer. I can feel the vibration with my hand in this area. The Washer is only 3 years old. Used may be three times a week

PLease provide possible causes.

Remove the front of the washer and watch the washer during wash. When it starts to make the noise look to see if the motor bracket is hitting the bottom of the washer. If so you have the sagging apron issue. You can read about it here

Since you say it comes from the top then the suspension rods may be the problem but check the motor bracket first because it is very common for this model and the suspension rods don’t give as much trouble anymore (your model is only a few years old).
