washer does not spin, loud noise
Model Number: LSB6300LWO Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
WHIRLPOOL ULTIMATE CARE II MODEL #LSB6300LWO. Spin cycle doesn't spin and makes a horrible noise. I have already removed the motor and coupler is good. If I spin the coupler on the transmission side I can feel what I'm guessing is a stripped gear. I can't drop the transmission down from below the clutch to investigate further. How does it come out?
