Able to get cap off, bolt out, but not able to remove the cam-agitator?!?!?! Watched video in another recommended post...they take the top potion of the agitator off (the clothes mover) to get to the dogs. I am unable to get the top and bottom agitator to come apart?!?!? Not pulling hard enough? Trick to it?

Remove the complete agitator from the unit, Stand with your feet on the bottom part and PULL UP with a quick jerk, It should come apart.

if you stand on bottom agitator and pull clothes mover HARD, they will come apart - the trick is trying to get the new cam/dogs snapped on

They dont "snap in" they slide into the holder after sliding the retainer off.
