Hello, my GE washer wont fill. Just stopped suddenly. Worked fine for one batch of clothes then when we tried doing a new batch, no water. Checked the hoses and there is water coming to the back of the washer.

I cannot get your model number to come up. Please check it and repost if a correction is needed.

Ok, unfortuntely you have a GE model which the folks at GE made about as complicated as they could. The mchine has an inverter, which converts 120v AC current into DC current which is used to operate the motor. The error code that you are getting is the result of the fact tht the main control board is unable to communicate with the inverter and motor, and does not know what is going on, so it shuts down operations.
A couple of things you can do.
1. Pull the plug and wait several minutes, then try to operate it again. This may fix things.
2. Look inside the lower service panel or under the top for a tech sheet. This will explain the error codes and give you some troubleshooting tests to perform.
3. Check the wiring between the inverter and the control board for a break or short. This happens a lot on LG front loaders, and could be happening on your.
If all this fails you are looking at replacing parts to see if that will fix things. Start with the inverter. If you purchase from this site (we who volunteer to reply on the Forum are not associated with or a part of APP) and the part does not repair the machine you can return it, see the returns policy for conditions.
Good luck, this is a very good machine when it works, but it is very over-engineered and when it fails it is not fun.

Garry Looks like the inverter is bad. Did all the checks, cleared the erro code but it keeps coming back. One odd thing though, I cannot get the machine to perform the T10, T11 or T14 diagnostic test in test mode. Can you advise. Thanks

As I said, GE made a very complex machine and the diagnostics are spotty at best. The trouble with microprocessor based controls and diagnostics is when the microprocessor goes bad the diagnostics get squirrelly too.
Try replacing the inverter and see if that clears things up. It is the weak link in these machines.
