Whirlpool Fridge Ice Stripper clip broke off and is stuck in ice maker
Model Number: ED25QFXHW00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
The clips that hold the Ice Stripper in place nearest to the door broke off. I couldn't install the new piece then with a mirror I was able to see that the top clip that broke off the old Stripper was still stuck in the ice maker.
How can I get that small clip (top one that looks like a "C") out so I can install the new one. Oh, and by the way, how do I put in the new stripper. Looks like I need to slide the rear clip in first, then slide the upper clip (nearest the door) up from the bottom slot/opening. I know, not a very good description but I'm hoping someone with experience can explain it better. Thanks, TomAllThumbs Ads By Google Related Models
