I have this spacesaver washing maching and it won't drain all the way, there fore it won't start spinning to ring out the water in the clothes, I have had pump problems, is that my problem again, The pump was repaired or replaced, don't know which they did when it was fixed

Most likely something stuck inside the pump if it's draining partially.
