can someone tell me why the washer spins out of balance no matter what size load is in it? Also YES!...the machine is sitting on a good level basement floor. any idea if springs are what hold the yub center in spin cycle and are worn or? I am ready to buy new front load if its to much to fix even though i dont want to spend the money right now!

Try this first: Lift the machine by the console, a couple inches off the floor and let it drop on the floor. Sometimes, if the self-leveling feet in the rear get stuck by rust and gunk, this will free the mechanism up and then you can again raise it up and put it back down gently to level the rear feet.

If this doean't work, remove the front panel by releasing it from the clips on the bottom, and swinging it down and away from the cabinet. Look for any broken balance springs (there are six of them), or spring hooks.

Observe the machine in a cycle to see if you can spot where the problem is.
