Washer Repair

I just bought this Duet Washer and Dryer today, the young man said it was only a couple of years old. Got it home and washer keeps giving me an Error code of F20. No manual, found one online no code for F20 is there. Tried your live chat and she couldn't help me either. She suggested your site. I'm afraid my good deal wasn't such a good deal. Can you please help.

F-20 is a water fill error. Make sure your water valves are turned on and that the fill hoses are not kinked.
