Hana, When you replaced the drain pump, Did you check to see if the hoses were clogged or blocked with lint, etc. ? Do you hear the pump running when the machine is in the spin cycle ? Do you have a multi meter to test for 120 VAC from the control board to the drain pump ? Sorry to have more questions than answers, but we don't like to mis lead our subscribers. When you select the spin drain cycle, the first thing you should hear is the drain pump running. at that point a repairman would check for voltage on the wires to the drain pump. Your problem could be as simple as a loose / broken wire, or could be a failed control board circuit or timer. I don't think you'd have two bad pumps. You may want to re check the tub to pump hose and opening in the tub to make sure it's not blocked or plugged. :) :) :)

These style units do not have a "motor coupling" the tumbler is belt driven, and the drain pump is an independant 120 VAC electric unit, driven by the control board. Just trying to help,
