My washer wont ballance large or small loads.Empty it works fine. Any ideas what is wrong and how to repair it. Thanks for your help

Did you recently move the machine ?

Is the machine level, and front legs/ feet locked in place ?

Is there movement or vibration in the floor, when the washer spins ?

Are you sure the rear "self levelling" legs and feet, are locked in place ?

You will need to remove the cabinet and inspect the remainder of the suspension springs and pads, for loose, missing, or stretched parts.

What new noises, if any does the machine make ?
