been making this noise for a while, i replaced the thrust bearing assembly since it wouldnt spin sometimes and now it spins great but didnt fix the noise. here is a video of the noise.

Seems like a bad pump to me. Tilt the washer back, remove the belt and check the pump.

it pumps fine, is there something i should check as far as the pump goes?

Just turn the pulley, they have a sad history of bearing failures.
