i have a ge washer.. model no. whdsr316g0ww

it will fill with water go through all the cycles and drain..
how ever it will not atagate or spin during the cycles
there is power to the moter i checked that with votage meter

I am having the same issue, please HELPPPPPPP. I have changed out the timer thinking the contacts were bad, jumpered out the lid switch, and checked the fusible link...still no agitate or spin...

Sounds like the belt came off down below.

It stop working after the belt broke and i replaced it...
