I have a front load HE plus washer. I replaced the CCU board and the electric control. The machine will not always spin or aggitate, model # 110.47512600 It is very inconsistent with the spin. the belt is fine and on initial cycle start the drum will spin to rotate the clothes one time. I also checked all the connections on all the componets and everything looks fine. Also I can't get the diagnostic test to come on as the manual discribes by pressing buttons for four seconds several times ect. any ideas?//??

I am going to recommend that you check out the door lock mechanism and the motor control unit. However, given that you are not generating error codes you may have to replace each of these, one at a time to isolate the problem.

If you buy the parts from this site and they do not fix the problem you can return them. See the returns policy for details and conditions.

Here is a link to a service manual for your Whirlpool made model.
