Frigidaire washer

Model Number: GLW1349AS1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

Washer performs normal in all settings and cycles but will not engage in spin cycle on any setting. Purchased new belt but once front cover was moved noticed belt was in tack, what next? Help ,I have a patient to care for thats needs alot of laundry care.
