My washer was squeaking during the spin cycle for awhile and took some time for it to start spinning. I checked the belt and it was fine. It drains fine, but now it doesn't spin at all.

It's pretty likely to be this kit. The thrust bearing is responsible for releasing the brake for the spin cycle. If it is worn, it can cause a slow spin; when it's worn enough, the brake won't release at all. Part number: AP4009132
