Probably a Whirlpool machine...but we need a model number. Please look in the front of the machine, just under the motor (it's right up front, in the middle) and see if there is any debris of white plastic or black rubber on the floor.
If there is, That's a sign you need to replace the motor coupler. Part number: AP3963893
