While in the rinse cycle, the tub will fill up with water but then will not agitate, the water then will eventually drain leaving the clothes soaking wet.

does the machine agitate or spin at all? i have possibly the same problem, but when i try to get it to agitate or spin it buzzes, nothing else. can someone give me an idea whaere to look?
