Just want to say, really appreciate ALL the help with the question I had this morning. Thought this was a forum where a "PRO" answered your question about issues with appliances? See where some people have read my issue but have not even tried to give an answer. Maybe just a "dont know" would do.

Few of us are familiar with this washer and you did not post the model # right.
Looks like the user interface board might be bad.(part # 7 on the breakdown diagram) It might help to spray it with non-residue contact cleaner, in the least it will identify it as the bad part if it gives partial performance.
