When washer tub is full of water, the agitator will work and and agitate the load of laundry. However when it's time for the water to be drained from the tub, it will not drain nor will the washer go into the spin cycle. It sounds to me like there is a little clicking noise coming from the timer also when I turn the control knob to "spin." However, as I stated before it will not spin either. I am then left with a tub full of water and a wet load of laundry. I need help please.
