Model Number: 110.26932691 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
The washer's timer won't advance making the machine not advance through the cycles. It works if we manually turn the timer and put it on the next cycle. It does not make any noises and each cycle seems to work how it's supposed to. I do have the owner's manual and tried the troubleshooting guide but got no results. If we don't turn the timer, each cycle continues to go until we do turn it except for the last part of the rinse cycle, which, shuts off after refilling.
