This washer was new in Nov. 2008 and the extended warranty just ran out.
I am seem to have a few issues. Org. this would not spin out or some times not even turn at all so I took it apart and saw that there was 4 led's flashing which showed Mode shifter coil bad so I put a new motor in (that was given to me by a repairman when they worked on it for a different issue) and Now sometimes when I unplugged it and put it back in, it would seem to work but now there are no LED's so I know the Thermal fuse is blown. Would that blow if the shifter coil went bad? If I bypass the fuse I see the 4 led's flashing again (not going to start any cycle to I get a fuse back in).

I did unplug the mode shaft from motor and there is NO continuity across the 2 wires.

Any thoughts before I spend $55-$100 on that mode shaft?
