Red face not all water will spin out
Model Number: 22442100   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years

My washer will empty all water except bottom of tub, just under holes. My clothes are wet. I even left the machine empty for 2 days and then tried to spin out the water in the bottom, but there it sits. HELP please!!!

You might have something partially restricting either the drain hose or the pump.
Is your drain hose unusually high, or is there a tight fit where it goes in the drain? Take the drain hose out of the drain and put it in a bucket. Will all the water drain out now??
Please post results.
