We bought the whirlpool duet frontloader about a year and a half ago.

For the past year this washer has given me nothing but trouble.
First I will start a cycle for example normal half way through it will stop and start beeping and the lights will start flashing. It will flash the time that is left and the letters F or H or something like that and it will just keep beeping.
I will cancel and restart it but it will go back to the same thing the beeping and flashing by the control panel and then the doors lock and I cant even open it.


WHen we bought it we did not realize that is had to have the HE detergent so we were using regular Tide could that also be a cause of the machine not working properly. Maybe the residue of the regular tide cause some sort of build up


I live in dearborn michigan can you recommend a repair place that is good at what they do.
