I THINK THAT THE CLIP IS BROKEN SO I ORDERED A NEW CLIP. ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? HOW DO YOU INSTALL THE CLIP? IT IS THE CLUTCH CLIP I AM GUESSING THAT IT GOES ON THE OUT OF THE PULLEY. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS :confused: FROM I CAN TELL IT GOES AT THE END OF THE SHAFT IN THE GROOVES
