Maytag Load-Sensing Washer, Model – MVWC6ESW, standard capacity, stainless steel tub.

This machine was just purchased in May, 2010 and it is already a problem.

On all Load Settings (except Hand Wash) When the water flow starts, the agitator begins to agitate right away.

In the Spin-Dry cycle for all the Load Settings (except Hand Wash), right at the end of the Spin-Dry cycle the water flow comes on briefly for 3 or 4 seconds and soaks the wash load.

What is the cause of this problem?

Folks like us have yet to work on models like this, but since it is less than one year old it should be under factory warranty.

Get Maytag out to fix it.
