Model Number: Post 1995 model Brand: GE Age: Less than 1 year
I hope someone knows how to remove the spin basket nut. I soaked mine in Wd-40 and pounded it with the special spanner wrench, but it never budged.
I bought a universal wrench that doesn't fit that well, maybe the exact spanner wrench that GE recommends will work better. Any ideas please? I know it is a left hand thread! Also the washer is rather old, maybe 8 years old, plenty of time for the nut to rust to the tranny spindle!! Uh, I tried splitting the nut but it still is stuck. Ads By Google Related Models
