Hello

My Front Loader Washer Tub appears not be supported by the tub sping it is hanging cockeyed in the washer to one side.

I removed the bottom panel to take a look and I can move the tub by hand to the proper position but it will not stay. The support arms appear to be in place and have been replaced once about 2years ago.

My question is how do I get inside the machince to see what is happening?

I dont see how to remove the front panel...do you have to remove the back panel to get see what is happeing?

Regards
Phil

You can remove the top, the back and the front access panel The spring you referred to is accessable from the top I'd look for a broken shock

You wont gain much by removing the front panel. from what you are describing the repair is made from the top or from underneath
