Hey rawhide, I’m an owner and do all my own work on the machine. Most times this issue is caused by loss of signaling thru the Left Hand Lid Lock.

1st check for a Lid Magnet out of position. This is an easy check if you have a couple key holder magnets or a similar magnet that you can place over the Left side grey lid bumper. Let’s see if you can close the Magnetic Reed Relay switch with an external magnet and send +12VDC up to the Control Board and clear the “OP” error code.
If that doesn’t clear the “OP” error code we will need to remove the Left Hand Lid Lock and check to see if corrosion is part of the issue. Because of its proximity to that nasty bleach dispenser it will cause issues.

rawhide I sent you some info. Let's see if the external magnet will clear the OP error code. If not we will move to the next level of troubleshooting. Dick
