Purchased new rear half of outer tub -the initial latching tabs are in different locations & the groove for the seal inner lip is taller than old. Can I cut the tabs off & will it fit . It will still use all the clips to hold together- or do I have to buy the replacement front? I called in & this is definitely the correct part for this model. Thanks.
