Our Washer Would Not Always Respond To The Start Button So We Ordered A New Control Assembly (wh12x10169) From You. The New Control Has What Looks Like A Jumper Plug With Two Red Wires While The Original Control Lacked The Jumper. I Installed The New Control With The Jumper But The Washer Has Erratic Operation. Sometimes The Board Will Light Up And The Button Works, Other Times Nothing Happens When You Try To Turn The Washer On. I Even Tried Installing It Without The Jumper, But All I Get Is All Of The Lights Flashing On And Off. The Installation Was Idiot Proof And I Was Wondering If Anything Had To Be Done With The Pair Of Red Wires. The Only Paperwork That Came With The Part Was The Packing Slip. Help!!!
