GE front load washer
Model Number: WBVH6240F Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Has anyone replaced the drum bearings and seal for this GE front load washing machine? I see where others have replaced them in the Frigidaire, Maytag, and Kenmore models. Just trying to avoid buying the entire drum assembly for several hundred dollars (will switch to a top loader instead).
I am looking for manufacturer and part numbers for 2 drum roller bearings and the seal. GE cannot provide these... Thanks...Bob Ads By Google Related Models

Given the huge amount of problems with this model and the lack of technical data released by GE I strongly recommend you follow that path of replacing the machine with a nice, basic top loader.
